  • PDFs, Keynote files, or personal laptops cannot be used

2. Important Deadlines:

  • 14 February 2025Any PowerPoint Presentations MUST be submitted by this date
    • Submit your PowerPoint for content and technical review to both:
    • We will review your slides to ensure they align with the agreed topics and points (please note, sales or product pitches are not permitted)
    • We will also verify that your slides display correctly, and any included videos, audio, or animations function as intended.
    • Please submit your presentation file in both PPT and PDF formats to help us check for corporate or non-standard font use.

  • 3 March 2025
    • If you’d like to share an alternate version for post-event proceedings (e.g. more in-depth or with sensitive content removed), please submit it in PDF format by this date.

Your attention to these deadlines will help us create a seamless program. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

3. Event Registration:

  • We will take care of your registration for the event. Before the event, you’ll receive a barcode via email. You can either print this at home or display it on your device. This barcode will be scanned at the Registration Area in the foyer outside Hall B, at Huntington Place, where your badge will be printed on-site.

4. Speaker Room Check-In:

  • On the day of your session, please visit our team in the Speaker Room located on Level 1 Room 112D at least 1 hour before your session begins. This allows us to personally meet with all speakers well in advance of their sessions, as we have concurrent tracks.
