Cadillac Oil Company Announces New Acquisition

Having successfully surpassed 60 years of independence in the chemical manufacturing industry, Emco Chemical and its President, made the strategic decision to join forces with Cadillac Oil Company.  In November of 2022, Cadillac Oil acquired Emco Chemical and transitioned their operation to Cadillac Oil’s manufacturing facility in Detroit, MI. This strategic acquisition complimented Cadillac Oil’s already broad product portfolio and provided new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Established in 1921, Cadillac Oil manufactures a complete line of metalworking/metal forming fluids, industrial lubricants, cleaners, rust preventives, rail lubricants, and greases.  Our fully equipped on-site laboratory allows us to develop state-of-the-art products for a broad range of customer applications world-wide.  Being ISO 9001 and Kosher certified, quality at Cadillac Oil is a corporate commitment and an integral part of our operation.
